Personality/sense of humor, and on the more banal side, What really always got me going was a nice, tight tone in the legs and tummy areas. breast size, etc never mattered to me, as long as the musle tone was there, and everything else was in proportion. But the personality has to be there, or you'll never get anywhere else.
