Kissing ass is a part of life. Some people have so little skill and knowledge in this biz that they depend heavily on the friendships and connections of others to help them out. In return they kiss any chance they get. I can think of lots of people that kiss ass on this board.

Anyway, credit where credit is due I would say, unless someone is after a job and wants to grease the wheel, so to speak.

One reaon I left my last brick and mortar job was the incredible ass-kissing contest between all my fellow managers. The new district level manager was one of those "be my friend and you'll get far" morons. So he got what he wanted, and I told them to fuck off, I sell porn now.

Since 2 years ago he was given a desk job since he had so much tenure he couldnt be fired conveniently.

That seems a bit hypocritical.

I remember a tread from only yesterday where you (MrIzzz) were kissing the ass of some designer and kept posting over and over about how good they were.
