I wouldn't feel so bad had they not been coming home for R&R. If it were a mission then they would have been hyped for that happening. They were only thinking of home this time. Im affraid to say that the USA and friendly nations can not pull out of Iraq. Its what they wanted, western troops drawn into a shit hole of a country so they could pick em off.
The only way this will end is if the place is nuked and thats not gonna happen. So what we are left with is more body bags, more families left with out their children over christmas.
I know in the past I have bleated on about how wrong war is though after the fucking cowards did what they did in turkey I say, rround them all up stick on a plane and send them home.
In the UK we had an Islamic leader with one eye and a hook for a hand stood on the streets telling people how the UK is wrong and how everyone should help destroy it, think I could do that anywhere else.
