solo girl rev-share split, what's appropriate

Anyone awake? I told her 50/50. Am I fucking myself over?

50/50 after expenses we own the domain all pic rights, her stage name ( if we created it) Basically she gets 50% as long as she is active in the site. She stops the money stops.

Right... so not do perecentages if you can at all help it. If you do.. 50/50 after all expenses, including hosting and affiliate. You own the name, photos and domain and all right to the site.

OUr revshare contact also reads that they are required to give us a certain number of sets and videos a month. If they do not then they do not get paid. Most girls will stick around, but always shoot ahead if you can having an extra 20 or 30 sets on hand incase they flake. We have about 6 months in advance on all our solo site models right now.

We are pretty much getting away from revshare, in fact, with the three new sites we are opening soon, none of them are revshare. Just if you decide to go that route.. make sure you have one seriously committed model and shoot TONS of content on her.

You will find that if you offer models 100-200 an hour and you can shoot fast.. you can get a TON of content, I mean a ton in a 4 or 5 hours and only spend 500-1000. We shoot fast and get at least 4 sets on hour so in 4 hours we get 16 sets.

You're fucking insane. You're going to get burned. I've already been burned by a similar deal.

She'll get lazy. She'll get bored. She'll change her mind. She'll drive you crazy. Pay her straight up for a fuck load of content, give her some sort of incentive to shoot again month after month.

Do NOT go 50% with some chick just because she's cute. Partnerships are a big risk, an even bigger risk with some 20 year old blonde just looking for some shopping money...
