    Well great....whoever you're going to report to is simply going to ignore you or forward the email to me because everyone who we do business with is well aware that the user complaining has to contact us in order to have a problem be resolved.

    Great....if you want to give TCG webmasters without a commision....that's your business....but it's a stupid business decision.

        and to nameservers, upstream providers, hosting companys, backbones, and anyone else i can cry 2. i guess we will both see if im ignored as soon as i get the next spam.

            candidpublishinginc, you should really give up this battle. There have been screen shots posted several times, and other evidence against you. All your doing is side stepping the issue. It's clear that either YOU or an affiliate that you allow to spam is spamming, and you don't care...give it up you've been owned here.

                Go ahead and cry to our host, nameservers, upstream providers, and backbone. The complaints trickle down to me anyway.

                We have a very good relationship with our host, they know that when they forward a complaint to us.....we take care of it. They also know to ignore complaints that don't cooperate with us because it could simply be a jealous prick trying to stir up shit such as yourself.

                    I already made it clear. We only process complaints when they email US the evidence. I don't care what they post on the boards, that is not the appropriate place to post such things.

                                        These CadidClicks spam messages ARE out of hand. I complained to CC about it and yet still received spam from that affiliate account.

                                        I've started emailing complaints directly to AOL if it involves CandidClicks. If they get enough people bitching, AOL's legal department may get involved, and who knows.... maybe a $3million spam lawsuit may pop up

                                        I do believe sponsor programs eventually have to be held accountable for their affiliates actions.

                                                    There are at least 10 webmasters complaining on this board about the aim spams. Are we supposed to believe its a big conspiracy to terminate one of your webmasters?

                                                    Why would *one* of your webmasters need 3 seperate accounts with girl's names? You've got "julia", "jenny" and the newest one "hotgirl". Most programs make it against the rules to have multiple accounts.

                                                    Are you trying to say there are 3 different spammers who are all dumb enough to spam their ref codes on aim without redirecting or trying to hide them?

                                                    I don't think I've ever gotten a single spam where the ref codes weren't hidden somehow. That tells me either this guy is very dumb, has a deal with candid clicks to not get termmed, or is in fact candid clicks themselves sending all the IMs.

                                                    Considering how you're acting all defensive and not accepting the facts presented here, I'd have to lean towards the later.

                                                        All I have to say is that I have yet to see someone email me....except the guy that started this thread.....I am waiting for him or her to give me the evidence he or she has.

                                                            From within the confines of this industry I'd never wish anything bad upon anyone. I get industry spam to my industry email and I don't care. But when I'm off doing something on my own personal time, that's a different story. I'm sure many here feel that same way.
