One reaon I left my last brick and mortar job was the incredible ass-kissing contest between all my fellow managers. The new district level manager was one of those "be my friend and you'll get far" morons. So he got what he wanted, and I told them to fuck off, I sell porn now.
Since 2 years ago he was given a desk job since he had so much tenure he couldnt be fired conveniently.
