michel would know if it's someone experienced & whether they are regular submitters or someone new - if it's someone new, I'd almost bet it's an error & possibly a way to install some other type of file.

It's true some people don't know the consequences of a hun listing. I remember that "owned" pic of someone who bought a toplink and exceeded is bandwidth limit within a few hours.
I also had a guy who sent a gallery with very large pics, but then was deleted by our bot after a few hours because he had some jpeg problems. I then mailed him what to do to fix the problem so I could replace him. He then told me that he prefered me not to replace him, after he saw what that gallery did to his bandwidth. I guess he was happy our bot kicked him of our list...
