If he at least gets a threat from them it might help, and they're good people, so I'm sure they'd do it.

You can threaten legal action but he probably thinks that cost vs law/recovery is going to keep you from doing so. Unless you are going to spend money for GP best to do as suggested and hit sponsors & hosts with complaints..Comment
