I have left the company that runs FreeNetPass, PornStarBucks, and Adult Insider. It was a pleasure working with them but I felt it was time to move on and explore other areas of business.

I would love your feelings on the state of the AVS world and how you see things going forward.

I recently started building AVS sites for several AVS's and can't believe how non-existant link list traffic is and the doom and gloom predictions people have in light of Visa regs... Your thoughts?

We run sexypassport.com (formerly sexyavs) and nakedpass.com.

The state of AVS is really no different than the rest of this biz. You have no idea how many large company's are currently under Visa investigation. There are some HUGE ones. Remember, 1 giant avs and 1 giant program have already bitten the dust.

So I would treat your AVS like you would any other company.

And I would avoid recurring based income. Take your money up front.

Of course these are only my opinions!

Visa is something that affects many companies. It doesn't mean an end to biz, you just need to figure out a solution that maximizes profits.

I don't think the AVS model is leaving, but it may morph a little (which it has done a bit already). If you spend time worrying about it you'll never make any money. And if something was to happen you can still keep some profits by turning your sites into regular free sites that promote sponsors... or your higher quality sites into a small system of paysites. Or you can just quit and work at McDonalds.
