    Let's say hypothetically you had 250k to invest in some sort of business. What would it be and where would you start.

          Then I would invest 240k in a coffeeshop/internet cafe.

                                                          There are a lot of things I would like to invest in, but if that money came into my hands I would probably just pay off my mortgage. I hate that thing hanging over my head. I would enjoy the feeling of knowing that it would always be there and no one could take it away.

                                                                                  $250,000 would be a 20% down payment on $1,250,000 worth of real estate. I would use that to buy some multi-family properties in a couple different areas.
