if host is outside of USA then C&D the offender and host, but success is not assured.
if you shoot original content people will be stealing your stuff.
if you want to get fancy you can use systems like digimark and then spider the web looking for theft.
newsgroup posters are the worst though---they download your original content then post it to usenet and it's hard to track the offender---so you must caption your pix with small URL even in members area to try to get traffic from it.
