True. I was recalled right after 9-11 to a base near Wash. D.C. People were putting flags on there cars . There is a big black pop. there, and I noticed there were NO flags on Blacks cars.
It was 3 weeks until I saw a flag on a Blacks car. An older lady then another man. Since then I have noticed NO flags on Black owned cars. None.

Everyone on my street rode around on our golf carts today and raced each other. One of my old guy neighbors had two flags attached to the top of his cart. He cruised up and down the cul-de-sac and all around everyone's yards most of the day, waving and yelling, "Happy Fourth!"
