November Numbers Are In!

Hello. A few days ago I started a thread about a page showing conversion ratios on the sponsors I use. I have made quite a few modifications to the page after some of you made suggestions to me. The old page only had my best performing sponsors and the stats were year to date and supplied by the sponsor. Here are the changes I made:
All sponsors listed with conversion ratios.

All ratios are calculated from unique hits.

Stats are from November only.

Which sponsors have hosted galleries.

A brief summery of the ups and downs for the month.

I will be updating this every month. It is mainly for me to keep track of progress, but some of you might find it useful. Please let me know anything you would like to see added to the page. Go here to see the page.

looks good, but IMO this list is useless. It depends heavily how you promote the sites, the content used, the source of traffic, the design, and blah blah blah.

There's people who have better ARS ratios than 1:1100 and certainly there's people who have worse than 1:760 on LS.

Nice info. One thing I would change though is this:

"A dash in the ratio column means I was not promoting that sponsor this month, or that it sucked so much, it didn't make a single sale."

I would specify whether or not you were promoting them, so you don't make it look like some decent sponsors suck.

These are just my ratios. I am not saying everyone will have the same results as me, but some people might get some use out of it anyway. Thanks for your critique.

i always find it interesting to see how other people are doing with sponsers.

Yes, that is from hosted galleries... They get the shitcake award this month. I am not giving up on them. It could have been a bad run.

just one thing - how do you calculate the uniques ? do you go by sponsor stats ( which are pretty innacurate for most of them ) or use your own counter ?

First we are 60/40 in our percentage paid. If you not at that level then please contact us. Perfection Cash

Also your "-" in our case means you have not sent us any traffic to this point. I am curious... did you contact the sponsors you had a hard time converting to see if there was anythign they or you could do to help sales? You may have.. Im just curious. I know Dormangels is pretty darn helpful when it comes to situations like this. It's always a good idea to get with your sponsor if something seems funny, such as conversions. WHo knows better on how ot push there sites then the sponsor.

Nice to see a list like that actually, good job. I know of some sites that list ratios and we contacted them to get on the list and they told me I actually had to pay to be listed and then let them know what ratios I wanted listed on their site. Complete bullshit.

I am glad your list is legit and is not just some advertising scheme.

looks like we did horrible, with you =)

I can laugh at it a little though... as NicoleNite has done really well off of most of it's gallery traffic. Naturally my suggestion is to try our bread and butter - DormAngels - when you get the chance.

NicoleNite doesn't (as with many solo girl sites) convert blind / exit traffic well at all - or bluefly's traffic, as the case may be. =)

haha, sorry dude. I am still going to promote your sites. I am kind of surprised that Nicole Nite did so bad. I had high hopes for her. I have done well promoting Dorm Angels. I might stick to that. I just had a rebill from there today. That is a good sign! Hopefully, your numbers will be better next month.

actually blue fly, i think you did 0 sales with nicole nite.

something to look into - but i think Nicole's site did even worse for you than you think =) Your sale in November, was a rebill from a previous month.

Looks like you're right... I must have had my eyes crossed or something. I can't imagine why I did so bad. That was all gallery traffic. Not a single blindie in the pack. I guess I will have to change that ratio to a dash. Suckin.

There is an art to converting solo girl sites. You can throw a ton of traffic at them and get some conversons, but they require alot more care then just putting them on an exit or a tgp. They really do best if promoted through a network of other solo or amateur sites. They convert extreamely well under the right traffic conditions, but you are wasting BW if you try to through them in a generic traffic mix. There may be a one or two site exception out there, but no more then that.

We have done a good job and getting solo sites to convert... ours as well as several others. It does not happen over night and webmasters that want to push solo sites should have solo / amateur specific traffic. Its not hard ot do, but it just does not happen over night or within a month. If thats what you are into then you should push it.. just know that it takes some time developing that trafficm but once you do.... its gold and it retains forever.

I have had great success promoting some of the lightspeed cash girls like tawnee stone and jordan capri... and they rebill nicely. I guess I was hoping for about the same. Most of my traffic is panty/upskirt. I wish I could tap into the amateur traffic market. Thanks for your suggestions. You have been helpful.

Yes.. Tawnee and Jordan are two of the exceptions.. Teen Kelly, Brittany Blu and Dana Teen are the others.

Lightspeed sites are heavy on the "panty and upskirt". Even LS's solo sites feature full backed panties so am not suprized that you did well with them and not some other solo site sponsors. Steve at LS is all about the panty shots and upskirts. Now this is making sense.

Maybe you can get some of your sponsors to build you a hosted gallery based on panties.. then, send your surfer right to the joinpage from the panty gallery... that might help you convert them and build your solo site / amateur traffic at the same time.

im sorry, I just dont get the prupose of that site besides you making ref. code money...different traffic for different sponsors.Because one doesnt convert well for your site does that means others shouldnt try it? Oh thats right,they should try it under your refcode

Thanks for your advice. I will try these three and see how they work out. November could have been a slump for some of these. I try not to push the same thing every day anyway. Give the surfers a little variety, then they don't get bored and go away.

Here is the gallery that sent all of the traffic. Since my traffic is panty/upskirt, I thought it would do well... 6000+ clickthroughs without a signup! I will try a few more before I give up.

Ok, I made a few changes. All sponsors have conversion ratios... even if there are no sales. I also tweaked a few of the ratios to include hits made late last night. Just a note: no rebills are figured into this chart.

Most of the traffic is gallery traffic from my tgp and a few others that I submit to. I don't do any blind traffic at all.

If you could find a way to keep people honest it would be very interesting to get a coalition of webmasters together for an aggregate performance picture.

Group the results by 'type of traffic' so that you have a more specific picture depending on your traffic/technique.

1:1000 ratio doesnt mean alot if you only sent 1000 hits.

cool deal, let me know if you want me to fire up a hosted panty gallery for you.. the Miami Beach gallery has the best conversions historically btw.
