ok, this is how you handle this, your C&D to stileproject is not the way to go---it should go to his host and upstream, and hiring an attorney is not necessary.

determine who hosts the offending webmaster. is the host in the USA? if it is you're on the fast track.

looks like in this case it's yipes.com

Dirty DS and Stiile will work this out just fine im sure.

Both are good people, and I like both of these guys. A lot a like in many ways really.. Write stile again im sure he will make it right. He will Im sure. And I know Dirty DS is a cool mother fucker and is down for whatever as long as someone works with em and not against em..

THe rest of you haters on this tread gofuckyourself. YOu dont know any of these guys and have no biz rippin on DirtyDS on this..

He has every right to be concerned and pissed.. And Im sure Stile will hook it up and make it right with em.. But the rest of you ass clowns bashin on DirtyDS for no reason are the real fucking loosers here..

Stile and Dirty will be fine by next week this time and you all will still be fucking loosers..

IF you need to get a hold of stile or would like me to talk to him for ya let me know. We've always been on good terms, and even though he pushes the limits he always been a man about it and stepped up and fixed things when things really needed to be. I know it sucks he did this, yet im sure he is willing to make it right or at least worth your while. And I know you are cool as fuck and would just like some kickbacks if he's gunna flat out do what he's doin..
