ok, this is how you handle this, your C&D to stileproject is not the way to go---it should go to his host and upstream, and hiring an attorney is not necessary.
determine who hosts the offending webmaster. is the host in the USA? if it is you're on the fast track.
looks like in this case it's yipes.com

find out who the agent for copyright is at Yipes and yipes upstream (level 3 maybe)
serve them with the C&D and watch things happen really fast.
because IF stileproject is infringing your copyright the deep pockets here is Yipes --- and his website will go dark VERY FAST if he doesn't remove your stuff because part of the DMCA law is that Yipes becomes a contributory infringer.
