I've always wanted to live in arm weather and a layed back pace, and have beaches with warm blue. Miami is a little too much for me though.

Keep in mind Im gay and work in porn so I dont want to live in a community of church goers or quiet family neighborhoods. Just an area that has things going on, young people, fun. etc. Im thinking St Pete, clearwater'ish.
Im also looking for areas that are semi-cheap so I can buy a little investment real estate.

any suggestions?
