hiring girls

anyone ever hired girls to sit on webcam stripping and what not

how much do you offer the girls to get nude on cam and how many hours a day

im thinking about getting 4 girls but if they cant work out the hours to be there at different times then it will leave empty webcams until they come to work

and should i have them work from home or hire girls close to my office and have them come into the office

you need to do a little more research before you even think about that

lease some feeds

doing your OWN network or even worse studio is a huge pain in the ass and i dont think you have a clue what youre getting into

It seems like it would be an easy thing to do... Have a few girls half naked hanging around and getting paid for it.... but what are you gonna do when their boyfriends start hanging out waiting for them to get off of work? Or when there's a cat fight in the cubicles? When you're paying them by the hour and they aren't luring the surfer enough to buy? No incentive.... Plus them coming in late strung out on crack... Opening your own studio is the way to go eventually but has huge overhead. Start with hosted feeds and expand from there. Web cams are profitable but a big headache and you're depedant on stupid whores for your income. I wouldnt do it unless I had a lot of money to throw at it.

A really good camgirl can earn $500/day on her own. A good camgirl can earn $200/day. Even a bad camgirl can earn $50/day which is still more than you're wanting to pay.

If you're going to pay an hourly fee you need to make sure it is competitive to what they can make on their own. Generally speaking though if you're looking to make money off of selling shows that the girls are featured in you want to pay a percentage of sales, not an hourly wage, otherwise the girls have no incentive to sell lots of shows because they get paid the same either way.

i will pay them a percentage i was just wondering how some one like click cash does theres i have a different idea in mind thats why i can not go with live feeds from some where else

i knew some one that worked for clickcash but that person worked from home (so he/she claimed)

you have to put alot of trust into a person to show up everyday even when the monies good
