Telling if you should buy a deleted domain

Since you can't really measure how much traffic some deleted domain can receive. What other ways can you find out if its worth getting.

If it has over 300 links on Alexa?
    100 on Google?

    any domain experts here

well the question was asked as a singular and not plural, but if you're buying 100's at a time i sure hope you're already an expert

Well, if the domain is already deleted and not on pending delete, it's quite risk free, most domains that survive the pending delete period without all search engine listings going to hell will get some hits.

A domain costs you less a year than you make with a single signup, so no need to hesitate, buy, buy buy

                      Its like 7 $ a year ...

                      30 $ per signup / 7 = over 4 domains for 1 signup ...

So if you make 1 signup a year with 4 domains you get in your money ... take the chance

Just be sure to check them at archive.org first to make sure they aren't likely to be banned at google.
