I assume the advice is something along the lines of,

put "click here to sign up for $10" on your site.

Then again, it is most probable that people who can't close 10 dollar memberships at under 1:700, without assistance, haven't got a clue how to sell.... or are putting out thumbnail galleries (probably in the "teen" niche, hahahaha) with "font size=2" ads on them.
