As i previously explained the accounts have nothing to do with fraud. They were 2 seperate people both experienced the same type of problems.. Accounts locked , long delays to get them back on. ( both accounts are working fine now , but that is not the point )
The service itself is a good one, the support is terrible.
Your company dropped the ball period...
All im doing is warning others that if you pay bills , dont use epassporte, because its not the same as every other credit card in the world with great service and helpfull support staff, on the contrary the slow inadequate response , form letters, general robot like customer support, i'm suprised you aren't outsourcing that support.
