I don't see anything wrong with them. The purpose of a gallery is to get people to click through to the site, obviously. How's your click through rate? What percentage of people click through to the site?

looks decent to me how many hits are you throwing at them?

Clickthrough rates - not sure about, I don't put any stats in them, is that something you'd recomend?

Hits - as many as I can.. I'm still kinda new and building relationships with TGP owners, but I'm able to throw about 2k a day at one gallery. Pretty low I guess.

Are they getting listed? Most TGPs, unless you're buying your traffic, won't list you with more than three outbound links. Your galleries seem to have more like 4-5 outbound links.

I'm new here but I can give you my own opinion as a surfer who is now learning the adult biz bit by bit.

Bear in mind that the surfer is probably sitting there with his dick in his hand. Does he really want to be reminded that he is doing that? Is the use of the phrase "fuck all the bullshit" going to inspire him that by clicking he is going to get a quality product?
So, your use of this choice of words "FUCK ALL THE BULLSHIT!! GET YOUR LUBE, CUM RAG, AND CLICK RIGHT HERE TO GET ACCESS TO JAMIE. ARENT YOU TIRED OF SPANKING YOUR PUD'S TO THESE LOW RESOLUTION SMALL IMAGES???" is, IMHO, counter productive. You need something a bit more teasing.
Also, the images aren't really that teasing and don't give much incentive to click further. You need to show a little bit of pussy. Not alot, just a little.
The general design is good but the pics could do with being better quality.
The click-through page doesn't sell too well either.

Design seems a bit dull in black and grey.
You might want to tell people what "nubile" actually means on the page.
The photos don't tease at all. You need to show some tits and a bit of pussy I think.

I have to agree with you Project on most of everything that you said.

The only thing I see different is that gallery you listed that you said got you interested. I think it went a little too far with the close up of the dildo in the girls pussy pushing the lips to the side.

That was enough for good portion of the traffic to blow a load on.

Once that is done, the surfer is gone!

One thing I'd personally change is the background colors. You've got a blue gallery bg leading to a pink sponsor bg, and orangy-brown one leading to a pale yellow, and a black one leading to a white one. Too much contrast. You don't want to make it obvious you're shipping them off to another site that's going to make you money. Personally, I want my galleries to make it look like it's an extension of the sponsor's site, not a completely separate site I'm shipping them off to.

I knew someone would call me on that, but I have an answer to that too.

When I first saw that gallery I did indeed "blow a load"

BUT........ I saved it in my favourites then took a look at it again, followed though to the join page and joined. I also forwarded it onto my friend who joined also.

I can understand that people would think that if the surfer "blows his load" then he's gone, but I would disagree that that is always the case.
As I see it, there is plenty of free porn out there for the surfer to get off on and that is something which will not change, as competition between webmasters seems to be pretty fierce. But the average surfer will get bored of having to spend ages finding something which actually turns him on and is more likely to actually join a site which has got him off before in a teaser gallery.

I think it's imperative to use a good model in the teaser (most models used are nothing special at all IMHO). I think content is so cheap that gallery submitters are just using cheap sets. Spend a bit more on a set, get a decent model and watch your conversion ratios get better.

I think you ur galleries have too much ads, most tgps don't like that, ur design looks nice but to much grafic i think, as for me i prefer posting galleries with minimum grafic ads and maximum text ones....
And one question wich submission tool do u use?

They look alright to me.. no glaring errors. I think you just need to throw more traffic at them or if the traffic isn't converting whren it gets there.. promote a different site.
