They're not "too arrogant", they probably just had to fwd your email to accounting.

..although, I dont think they can do what you're asking. ..but i'm not 100% sure

Well ok I don't know the reason, but the fact is that they don't reply

Oh and I also tried to call 1 time. When I was asking for somebody I got connected to a voicemail. I hate those things!

Hi Maurice... it's thanksgiving in the US and its likely Thursday and Friday most of their staff took off. Try calling them on Monday sometime and I'm sure they can help out. Chris has always been very helpful on these kinds of things or at least putting us in touch with those that can answer these questions.

arrogant? hell at least you got a reponse from them, i contacted them a few times about setting up processing and have yet to receive a reply from them

To answer your question, every sponsor program has different affiliate codes, different splits for rev-share, etc. etc... Each affiliate code is set up as a separate account and is paid as such. At this time, we can not combine the payouts of multiple affiliate codes under one or more programs into one payout.
