Fraud control is great, i have it on my mastercard, the difference is, it takes a 5 minute phone call to unblock mastercard, it took your incompetent staff a week to do the same thing.

The odds of your "two friends" having their accounts "seized" or whatever you want to call it, in the same week that two supposedly different individuals contacted me in icq and email is pretty slender, since there aren't normally two accounts a week that are blocked, especially not two people that know each other. Unless of course there is something not quite right going on with one or both of the accounts.
We could delve into statistical analysis if you like, but frankly cards don't get blocked for no reason.
Now, if fraud control comes back and tells me there was no other pair of accounts that had any common denominators AND were blocked this week, this thread is going to look really silly from where you stand.
And believe me, if you're going to call ePassporte "shady robbers" as you indicated in your initial post, I'm going to investigate the situation from the inside out.
