As far as I know, Visa does NO processing anymore for AVS sites.
Of course now a days, thats what most paysites are, they took their old avs sites and made them into "con" paysites...<-- I do not recommend anything that might be under my name. It's a sellout by GFY.Comment

Just remmeber how Sexkey and AgeCheck, getverified.com and others told people they were no longer an "avs" system because of how Visa said they no longer processed for anyone who used the term Adult Verification System.
