i gotta work on my left leg strength, its just too shaky to walk more than a few steps, so i'm dragging the ultimate gym out of the closet tomorrow
i would have been doing strength exercises the whole time but doc said absolutely no weight bearing whatsoever because of the bone graft

Yeah I've already been thru three months of physical therapy to get the knee to bend, it pretty much locked up when they put in the steel plate and screws... just wasnt much they could do for my ankle becuse of the bone graft, didnt want to take a chance on it not healing properlyOriginally posted by crockett
