I am not posting this as a 'don't use sexkey' type of thing. Use whoever you like. I was using sexkey and I thought they rocked, I used them for eight months and I was making good money and everything (for me, it was good money... about 4000-6000 every 2 weeks) and then i had an email a couple weeks back saying I had been kicked off their system.

They emailed me with 2 days left in a pay period, they owed me $3960 and they weren't going to pay me anything. No warning, no nothing, just a basic email saying they'd decided to remove me.

Now, I am not going to play all innocent or anything. I screwed up with ONE site fo mine. I had 18 sites with them, and one of the sites I ran also had a forum in it where people joined etc. The forum was less than 200 people, but inside the forum a few people had asked how to not get charged by sexkey. I posted how to not get charged, that you'd need to cancel your pornking membership if it wasn't right for you to avoid being charged. I was always saying if it wasn't right for you, but other users of the board weren't being so diplomatic. They were flat out saying how to avoid being charged.

This ONE site's forums dealt with one of my sites, the other 17 didn't have anything to do with that site but because I was telling people that if pornkings wasn't for them, to cancel, I got kicked. I deserved to have that site kicked off, yes, but all of my sites? Maybe, I just didn't think so.

The other sites didn't even deal with that forum but I was told that they (SK) just weren't converting well enough off my traffic.

I understand it's a business and I understand there are rules to follow and if they're not followed, then changes need to be made. I offered to remove the posts from my one forum, hell, to nuke the entire forum because sexkey had been treating me well and I was otherwise left high and dry. I was asking how I can fix this because I never tried to cheat their system or anything, I had a ratio of around 1 in 30 area over 8 months. As low as 1 in 11 and as high as 1 in 56.

I am not bad mouthing Hank and the crew, I think they're a straight up bunch of people and they always paid me on time, without error. I just was really caught off guard to be expecting almost $4000 and then have them kick me off their network with no check or chance to fix the problem.

I even told them on the phone, in the forums, the posts were telling people that if pornkings wasn't for them, how to cancel, but they told me I was supposed to play dumb and not tell anyone anything about if this or that wasn't right for them.

I understand, they need to make their coin so they can afford to pay others. Makes total sense. I just thought it was shitty that because of one site's problems, all my other sites that didn't have anything to do with that one forum got nuked and they basically screwed me out of my money. I would have understood them keeping the money that was owed from that one site.... but no, they kept it all. I guess they were making their money back by keeping the money that was owed to me.

I made a mistake by saying anything in my forums about how to avoid being charged by Pornkings. I am not playing innocent, that one site was in breach of contract but the other 17 weren't in any way, yet instead of removing the one site, they removed all. Without so much as a phone call, without asking me wtf was going on, with an email warning or telling me to change this or that, just a goodbye email basically. haha

I just thought other webmasters should know that for eight months, I loved SK and thought they were the cat's ass. Paid me on time, all was good but then in one email, I was short $4000 and I had to start over like so many have had to, from back in the days of DMR and more recently, Globill.

I guess in a way, it's a good thing. Change is good. I wish them (SK) the best of luck in 2004 and again, I am not saying they're the bad guys, obviously I am bitter because it was 2 days before payday. I had rent among other things due. just imagine whatever you make now.... all of a sudden not getting it. You'd get by, but don't tell me it wouldn't be a kick in the teeth.
