These type of people usually have some kind of dellusion that they're important enough that people should drop everything to make sure they don't miss what they have to say. They're not.
The fact is, the people who truly are that important don't have to get anyone's attention... they just state it and people take notice.

I have the same reaction when I see threads that say "Spam Me With" and don't even say what they are looking for - hosting, content... in the title. I get the feeling they are egomaniacs and are not even really looking for anything but just want the attention, as if they were serious, they would actually say in the title what they are looking for and not expect every provider of a service in adult to click to find out what the poster wants.
