I hate fucking banks!!!!

I fucking deposited a check on 12th, they credited half the check on the 13th, then on the 14th, they took the credit out, and said that it was on hold til the 18th! Then on then on the 17th I called again, they told me it was on hold til the 26th, on the 20th I emailed them and they changed it to the 28th, then today, I called and they said the 26th again!

I just want a fucking date the check is going to go in my account! What the fuck, give me a date in the future, but not the 18th, then some other date then another date. Give me ONE and if it goes in early I'll think good of you! I guess that's what you get for banking with Wells Fargo! Fuck Wells!

The only time they hold my checks is sometimes a client drafts a credit card check for like 2 grand or something. Then, usually it's only the first time.

Yea they said it was probably cuz it was the first time I deposit a a check from a different bank I haven't used before and they are unsure if it would be paid.

But the fact that they gave me 3 fucking dates, pissed me off! I would've been cool if they just said, yes it will be released on the 28th! I would've totally been cool!

If they would've told me originally that it would be on hold for 3 weeks I wouldn't have a problem! It's like tell you employer or your employee saying, yes this project will be be done on the 18th, and it isn't done til the 26th, because he didn't give himself enough time! That is my only rant, ya know!

Wells fargo sucks big time.

Last week, I tried to connect them with my MS money software, then I saw they charge for it, action abondoned. 1 month later, I found they still charged me, worst thing is this charge caused my checking account over draw. Then I was charged "OD" everyday!

I wrote to them explaining what's going on, they kept sending me pre formatted letter:

The fees were correctly applied in this case and I am unable to reverse the charges

I received your inquiry about the $3.00 WF Banking Thru Software fee. This fee
is charged monthly even if the service is not used that month.

blah, blah.

I even called them to explain, no avail.

Then I filed a complaint to BBB and forwarded to WF. Within an hour, I got this email:

I am sorry that we may have misunderstood the question you raised in your first
email.

In response to your question about your Online Banking service through Microsoft
Money, I have cancelled the service as requested.

Irony is they think they are the 2nd best in something like customer satisfaction. That's what the recruiter who went to our school said, and that's part of the reason I started bank with them.
