Hire a group of people who know how to use firearms. Read up on nuclear cores. Take hostage a nuclear energy plant. Have your henchman hold everyone off while you expose the core and cook the hotdog. Enjoy and turn yourself over to the authorities. You'll break out when you become a mutant.
