So I'll be honest, I don't usually check my stats. I find a new nice looking site/program, build some traffic sources for them, open the gates, and move on...
I just finished up some work and decided to take a peek at what I have going. I log-in to 1 sponsor and see I sent around 15,000 clicks with about 35 sales. The end conversion came up to 1:400. I check out another sponsor, same amount of clicks sent, but more sales! Meaning a better conversion, I clocked in at around 1:300.
Now based on those conversion rates (both taken from first page hits), I should continue pushing the second site even harder, right? WRONG!
The first program, with the lower conversion, earned me TRIPLE the amount of money the second program made me. Sweet tits.
Fuck conversions. Look at the pay stubs baby!
