          Yes everybody from Acacia got pimpslapped out of the court by the judge.

          The judge happend to be a big porn fan.

                              The new judge set a hearing date in April .

                                  Friday was just another preliminary hearing with the judge to set things up.. Court date is not until next year...

                                  so this means Acacia can add more lawsuits starting Dec 1st.

                                  I hope they don't, but it does make sense if you are going to send out thousands of 'final notice' letters, you should follow through.
