Everything arround ottawa-montreal is very nice ...

If you are looking for small town you can get a pimped ass place for like 600 $ .

If you are looking near ottawa (1 million arround) or mtl (dunno probably 2 millions) , you can probably get a nice place for 800-1000 $ a month . And Im talking about like 1400-1600 square feets place

If you're not only re-locating in North America (which you probably are...), I think you'd find Costa Rica meets a lot of your benefits:

around San Jose (the center):

- valley, keeping things cool lots of wind
- rain and storms. Season starting in 2 days, for about 4 months we have atleast 3-4 hours of rain per day. It's great!
- humidity / sunshine / heat: in a valley, never reaches very hot temperatures like the beaches do.

Those are for your criteria, for a few of my own:

- Very cheap cost of living, yet high quality. No 3rd world country here.
- Beautiful, friendly women everywhere (not sure if thats for you though hehe)
- Gorgeous country with many natural features and benefits (volcanoes, rafting, beaches, wildlife, etc...)

I lived in Washington state for 7 years. I miss it. If I could get work up there that would actually pay me enough to live on, I'd move in a heartbeat.

Check that link, Tala when you find a place that interests you. You can get monthly average temps, days of rain, days of sun, if theres any toxic dumpsites, median age, average incomes.. etc etc etc etc. Even ratio of men to women, hehe

I spoke with him about the NJ job, but it wasn't something that I was able to do. "Over-qualified" is the term.

I had a few buddies in Vancouver, Surrey, and Victoria. Fun times. I lived in Oak Harbor, Washinton, and really enjoyed going up to Vancouver on the weekends.
