I allready have someone that wants to buy the Niche, but I will not make what it is worth, as I need to cover my ass.

What i am doing will take somone else at least 3 months plus to copy as if i cant do it in 3 months then no-one can, and i have spent allready 3 months on it and tons of cash. My Pay site is not doing well and 3 months ago i figured it is time to do somthing new! and this new thing is so good i spent $300.00 on domain names just for this niche..
