    Dang, I was hoping that Meyers would've pulled off the flick and made it a decent movie. I guess that it's just not meant to be

      That stinks, I was hoping it was going to be a good movie...I'll still have to check it out though.

          Wow, that's bad. The previews look lame - Mike Myers just doing his usual schtick. Too bad they fucked up the charm of Dr. Seuss.

              If you couldn't tell how lame it was from the previews, then a professional review probably isn't going to help.
              Cat In The Hat? Rental. Maybe.
              Elf? Not even worth a rental.
              So far this season's movies don't even look like they're worth $1, much less $8.

                  Thank goodness Lord of the Rings: Return of the King is coming out on December 17

                  Actually, if you want a seasonal movie, Billy Bob Thornton's Bad Santa looks great
