If you're looking for an infusion, then ask for an infusion, don't say it's up for sale. It's one or the other.

If you're looking for an infusion, please tell me what round this will be (A,B,C) and if you are looking for a lead + chips, or just a straight SLI. Also, if this is B or C round, what was the term sheet for A.

We are currently in negotiations with a few possible buyers, and we have other meetings lined up like was mentioned.

However as with any business deal, until the money is down, things are still open for discussion.

If you have an interest. I would say contact one of us for more details.

Mmm.. yea. If you want money, that's another story, but I LIKE the connections out of Panama and only destined to grow and possibly a workaround for adult biz hosting in the future.

Like I said above.

Tell me if this will be an infusion or not. If so, will it be lead + chip, or will there only be a Single Lender Infusion. Has there been any other infusions in the passed? Are they bridge or non-dept? Any term sheets on the table? Is there a fiber build out to the facility yet, if so by whom?

Term sheet A is we are not looking for an infusion.
if you feel you are in the running with those terms, then we can talk about both price, and % we had to set a starting point, and this was it.

yes it has built fiber as a matter of fact it has an MCI pop there and 1 local carrier. it has connections for 2 additional carriers.

Some people drove through vegas in the early 50's and saw rocks and desert, then one day a man drove through and saw a casino, resort, and housing, and poof have you seen that desert lately?

This really isn't meant for someone to startup a hosting company IMHO. It's meant for someone with offshore data needs - CJ for instance.

Hey I agree man more power to ya but its just not economically safe. You can't startup that size its just suicide. I have been planing Panamanian Hosting for awhile now but thats outrageous.

Ive been running a host since 1995 I have more bandwidth than God and I think its a bad idea. Take it from me, or don't. Thats ok too.
