What does the industry need more and less of?

What in your opinions are the greatest things lacking in the industry and what do you think can fix them?
What strikes you as something we can do with less or none of - and what do we need more of?

Just curious if others are thinking about the future and such...

SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.

Although it would be nice, I don't think that will ever happen. My strategy is simply to learn who is decent to do business with and align myself with those people. This is important to do in any industry, but it's especially important in this industry because it's full of an abnormal percentage of fucknuts, scammers, and dumbasses.

Less free scripts and no more free hosts. Every fucking newbie is getting a free ride and that shit has got to stop. Free trade scripts, TGP scripts, free, free, free. I am sick of it. If newbies want in on the biz, they need to either invest some money for software and hosting or get the fuck out of the biz. These little shitheads generally don't have much more than a few K (if even that much) but put the thousands and thousands of newbies together and that's a huge chunk of traffic that they can't convert! It's a complete waste for everyone involved.

I totally agree with you there. Newbs on free hosts are just cluttering up the web with poor quality sites that reflect badly and take credibility away from the serious players. We DEFINETLY need more serious business people in this industry!
