    Netscape an IE Bookmarking

Why do webmasters that run mostly TGP sites always tell the surfer on their pages, For Netscape Users Press CTRL+D. In Netscape an mozilla it's CTRL+B. I never understood this after years of surfing around I see it time an time again an cant help but chuckel to myself.

One is to add a bookmark. The other is to look at your bookmarks.
