To elaborate here a little because I guess I made it sound like tea is AS bad as coffee, it isn't by any means at all....... but it does have caffeine and it does have it's own ill effects if abused, as anything does...... and not AS much caffeine, but it does have it. LOL
I wanted to clear that up so I didn't sound like a fool for saying tea is as bad as coffee, because it isn't. LOL
