    USC 2257 question

    1. do you need to have USC 2257 compliance on your tgp/mgp or is that only for sites that have their own content ?

    2. can you be held accountable if some site that you have on your tgp/mgp does not comply with USC 2257 ?

    Thanks in advance

I don't see how you could include it on a tgp or mgp.
The gallery maker should have the info to include it on the gallery.

Nothing will be clear until there are some court cases that go through the appeals process.

if you are smart you will require all galleries posted on your site to have 2257 info links on them, even if it goes back to an affiliate program.

what if you're using remotely hosted galleries? is it the sponsors' responsibility to have the 2257 documentation there on the galleries ?
