Bit upset...Should I give out this sites name?...Easy money makes one LAZY

I wrote the below to the webmaster thinking I got ripped off due to the promoted material.

"Please do not play such games. ALL of the 12 sets are previewed on your FREE list to make surfers thinking they are getting that material for $25.00!!! DO NOT PROMOTE what will not be included in the purchase price!"

They reply:

"Due to requests from members, we have been uploading free photos from our
location shoots for three years.
You are the first ass hole to complain. Give me your User Name and Password
and
member ID. I will delete you and refund your stinking $25 dollars. We don't
want you as
a member to any of our sites. It said from our June 2004 shoot. Can't you
realize that there
is a time delay from the shoot to posting of the galleries. Get yourself a
brain and never bother me
again."

My point is this: I like the model, a semi-nude 18yo (actually 19yo),
which has a huge fan base and are making sick bank from the site.

I have never asked for a refund EVER...this may be the first time.

That response shows a serious lack of professionalism. What site handles its members so poorly and rudely?

This is really rude, there is no reason to treat a customer this way...doing customer support all day can be annoying for sure, but if someone can't stay polite and handle it in a professional way, he should hire someone who can.

i was gonna say that , looks like a site made by a 13 years old geek ( kinda like lawrence connor's site)

man , i handle my members with satin glove , i cherish them , i bow in front of them and try to make them happy even if they write bags of shit to me about the site ( never happened yet).

i always try to do my best to please them , if someone wrote to me like fidel did , i would explain him and offer a free week or month membership ( depending on his membership) just to make it up to him , and make him have a good experience as a member of a site where customer is the king .
i make my sites for the members , because without members your site is nothing.

this guy running this shitty ass site is a real asshole and i sincerly think that he's hurting our biz by treating his customers like this.

SABAI i agree 100% with you. We get emails that are MUCH MUCH MUCH worse then that and we always reply very politely no matter what type of day we are having. Even if we are offering a refund we do so politely.

What I find funny, you've got the owner of this site making bank on underage girls in nude tease shots copping an attitude. If anybody should watch the line they are walking I'd think it would be this guy. Then again how can you ask someone with no morals to be nice to their members. Oh well, Karma's a bitch

I did...that's what I wrote. I may have been direct, but I did not call him an asshole nor told him he had no brain. Most of her material is up on usenet anyway, but the 12 sets when she turned 19 were of interest to me so I signed up. None of the sets advertised were in the members area, they are going to be updates for the next few months. That's why I wrote what I did.
