MJ has always been able to manipulate boys / courts so it is only he who 'gets off'. I dont see him serving time and remember, someone is innocent till proven guilty. The responsibility is on the child to prove that MJ did it.
Its going to be the word of a kid and I guarantee you that MJ's attorney will use the "parents need some money so they got their kid to say rape" platform.
Without dried spunk, pictures or the kid giving a detailed description of MJ's weenie its all going to come down to MJ's word against a kid and his family.
I hate pedos, and I would have no problem serving time for damaging one seriously should they go after any future kids of mine or anyone elses so I hope if its true - that he rots there.
But the legal system isnt always fair, there are corrupt police and sometimes a guy who is femine can be presumed gay.

There had to be corroborating evidence in order to obtain a criminal arrest warrant. It will be interesting to find out what the evidence is, but I seriously doubt it's mere allegation.Originally posted by TheLegacy
