How Do I Get Rid Of A Cold FAST!!!

I have one wicked cold and I am dying here. I am scheduled to fly into LA tomorrow morning and I need to kick this cold faaaaaast! Can anyone recommend a good remedy to kick this cold's ass?

I flew once when I had a cold, the pressure inside my ears when the plane was coming down to land was so bad that I thought my head was going to explode. Damn painful that was.

buy a bag of Lemons.... Juice one lemon about every 2 hours ....add a bit of honey or sugary substance... down it!! do this about 5 times a day for a couple of days.. should kill it....

also add lemons to everything you drink if possible (water,tea,vodka)

Lots of liquid and rest. All the miracle grandma recipes won't do shit. But yeah, stuff like Dayquil and Nyquil will make the symptoms less severe. You can't escape cold and flu viruses.. It takes a couple of days. No matter what.

Ok already had the tea and that definetely helped. Also tried the ginger ale and 7up but that didn't do much. I'm about to call room service and get them to send up some more tea and a hooker. Errrrr I mean send up some tea and some towels... Yeah that is right!

Take a very hot shower.....

Brew tea, very hot...with lemon, honey and a healthy shot of rotgut whiskey, highest proof you can find.

Drink very fast and climb into bed.

Pile on alot of blankets and sweat.
