yeah, we have been around a long time and have seen those clients. BUT we work very hard to nail down what they want, expect, etc. before we even start so that actually tends to weed out alot of the 'hard to appease' folks.
and if the changes they want start to get away from the original discussions of what was expected, as they detailed, then we of course have to address it. we have been pretty good at sorting things out with the few that have had issues.
