i can't believe this is happening in the United States of America - absolutely ludicrous that an unchecked government agency, a puppet of the Administration, can push a show off the airwaves that is listened to by as many as 20 million Americans. All the standards regarding indecency and obscenity are based rightly around the concept of 'community standards' - the people should decide what is indecent. I do believe that when 20 million people listen to somebody of their own free will that it's overwhelming proof that Stern is within the community standards.

This would not have happened under a Democratic president. It wouldn't have happened under a Bob Dole administration. Only Bush and Ashhahahahaha. Keep fucking Jesus out of the fucking Whitehouse.

Howard is claiming when Bush signs this bill he will do nothing but play records until his contract is up in 15 months. I'm hoping he just does 4 hours a day of relentless Bush bashing and it's enough to tip the scales in favor of Kerry in November. His show has mostly become that in the last few months, it's pissing off alot of people who wants to hear fart and dick jokes and asses spanked.
