    What have i done wrong with googles ppc

    I signed up 8 hours ago for googles ad word ppc program, i log in and my campaign says active but it also says i have 0 clicks.

    Campaign1 Active $0.17 0 0 - - - - 0.00% $0.00
    Total - - 0 0 - - - - 0.00% $0.00


    I added my visa straight away so whats taking them so long ?

    anyone know ? cheers
