the signup process has absolutely nothing to do with that. you can signup and have a revshare account instantly but not a pps. yeah that has something to do with them being afraid to have their shit whored out. yeah right. it's just more bullshit, they didn't really want to do pps, they just wanted to say they were doing it.
all the preaching about how revshare is the best and with a great sponsor revshare makes you more money and how pps is only because they shave you and they want to entice every webmaster but the good ones promote revshare.
