I feel sorry for you guys that don't have a FATBURGER store near you. Best burger and shake joint since Dairy Queen.

I got a 24oz milkshake from FATBURGER yesterday that was made from two secret ingredients:

ICE CREAM AND MILK!!!

None of that pre-fab bullshit. Just a pound and a half of ice cream and milk so thick that I broke a plastic straw puttin the staw in.

Only thing gettng close is the Frosty from Wendy's ( which rocks! )

OHHHH!!! I heard about Philly's Best!!! I ain't been to Philadelphia in about 10 years but if that's where they orginated I can see why! Philadelphia has food that ROCKS!

Fatburger's " Fat Fries " are the BOMB!!!! I dropped a fat fry one day and it hit a pigeon in the head and damn near knocked it the fuck out. The other pigeons saw it and dogpiled that mo fo and bogarted his fat fry and the shit was on.

Them pigeons fought all the way to Sunset Blvd and almost got hit by a DASH bus.

We laughed so hard we couldn't drive.

They take half an hour to get you your food but at Fatburger it's worth the wait ( unless you have bus drivers in there and them motherfuckers take forever ordering shit. )

Here in the Midwest a place called Steak N Shake is DA BOMB!!!

Real shakes and malts, as well as all their hamburgers are made from 100% ground steak (steakburgers) and the bowls and cups of chili are fucking awesome!!!

Yo!!! Tommy's ROCKS!!! I went to a Tommy's for the first time a couple years ago and saw people putting chili on their burgers and fries.

I had to try it! Thems is da shiznit!!!

But my call is:

Dairy Queen #1 for burgers and shakes ( can't find one in Los Angeles though )

Fatburger a CLOSE second but their burgers are fried. DQ still has that 'char broiled' thingie.

Burger King's Whoppers better burger than Fatburger but only when they're done the old fashioned way.

Tommys because anybody who would smother a burger in chili must be a sadist at heart...

I know there are some unknown spots and I have a pal who's a writer and a trucker and his burgers are un-fucking-beatable. We still can't figure out how he does it!

So Fatburger and Dairy Queen gots the shakes, Starbucks has the Mochafrappuccino!

Tommy's is the best for a 2-3 am run. The Original at Rampart and Beverly.

On the other extreme is One CPS in the Plaza Hotel in New York.

Great expensive burger.
