NSCash.com has hosted link list, but it only has two links per each list list, but I'm programming a hosted TGP at the moment!

Basically, you want a hosted TGP? ARS has this. A GFY banned program has this as well.

Problem with this solution is that unless your sponsor updates fairly regularly, the stagnant links may lower your conversion rate.
