When I managed a store, I saw a dog freaking out in a locked up car and called the cops. They smashed open a window and got it out of there. The owner had the damn nerve to complain about it too. Jail.
This story is incredibly sad
Stupid fucks need to live a LONG life in a HARSH jail, death is just an escape from the suffering they need to experience
