Where did I say spam was ok? I don't like spam, I just think it's wrong to post someone's private information here. I also think it's wrong that companies like spamhaus pretend to be police. If this guy is doing something illegal, either call his ISP or the DA in his area.

Sure, it saturates a program if everyone on AOL has already gotten a ref link. Too bad those people won't be buying a membership from a TGP gallery or search engine. Tough. First come first serve. It's up to a webmaster to get the first serve anytime he can.

As far as bogging down the sponsors, who cares? The sponsor uses more bandwidth in a day but if they get 10000 clicks from a spammer who's converting 1:80 they're still getting a much bigger ROI on their bandwidth than from TGP galleries that bring in 1 sale per 300-1k hits. And if they get all that money they can afford to up the bandwidth that very same day. Supply and demand is a bitch but it's how the world works.

How hard is it to delete an email? These anti's fail to realize in how many other ways we see "spam" on a daily basis in other forms. To me its not a fucking problem to delete some junk email and frankly id rather receive CYBER email rather than physical email that takes up dumpster space. These anti's all seem to try use spammers as bullseyes for releasing their built up hatred from other problems. Its actually quite amusing the breed of which they are. I have numerous email accounts both free and paid and i dont seem to have the slightest problem with spam.. The most spam ill get is maybe 1-6 emails daily.. Wanna know why? Because im not a moron and I actually watch where i submit my email and know how the "optin" process works. You know.. Its pretty much just that the majority of the complainers didnt grow up with the internet and computers and thus are left clueless about such things so naturally they speak out on that of what they dont understand.. If half these arrogant idiots would take the time to learn a thing or 2 about where mailers get their email adresseses, how optin/optout processes work and other common basics, we wouldnt have to go through this bullshit. Do you watch where you post and submit your email addresses? Have you know the most common mistake incompetent surfers make is the mistake of not reading the fine print, TOU, AUP, etc that is on many forms, adds, paperwork, etc that you fill out and submit, whether it be online or offline.. These are forms where bulk mailers get opt-in and double opt-in emails both of which are 100% legal to send and is what the majority of legit mailers purchase and use. If you have even submitted your email once to any site there's a very great chance that you will receive ads and offers from companies. These companies can then sell their optin database to other companies and so fourth meaning.. yes you could "legally" receive alot of different email advertisements from different companies whether your like it or not. At this point and time you would have to opt-out of every one of these ads and hope that your email wasn't sold to any other companies or you will be doing it over and over until you have caught up with them. Yes this really gets annoying, but its legal and you have to accept this if you don't care to read every bit of information when submitting your information.



Im giving a perfect example of how anti spammers are and what they are about. There is more than "one" anti like what I have described.
